Políticas de Mantenimiento

  1. Agendar una cita de recolección de los equipos a reparar, la cual se efectuará en su domicilio en un horario de 10:00 am a 5:00 pm.
  2. Una vez recolectados los equipos estos ingresarán a nuestro laboratorio para ser valorados y en un lapso de 72 hrs. se le hará llegar su cotización con el costo de reparación a través del correo electrónico que usted proporcionó.
  3. Una vez que usted autorice el presupuesto, se iniciará el proceso de reparación, el cual tiene un tiempo estimado de 72 hrs, salvo que su cotización indique lo contrario.
  4. Para programar la entrega de su equipo se le solicitará su comprobante de pago, así como sus datos de facturación (RFC, Método de pago, uso de CFDI).
  5. Todo equipo que ingrese a revisión técnica tendrá un costo de $350.00 + IVA (MXN), el cuál será cobrado en caso de que usted decida no realizar la reparación de su equipo, este costo se deriva de gastos administrativos, recolección, entrega y revisión de su equipo.
  6. Todas nuestras reparaciones cuentan con garantía de 30 días naturales en mano de obra.
  7. En nuestras reparaciones solo se utilizan refacciones totalmente nuevas y originales de acuerdo a la marca de cada equipo.
  8. En caso y bajo previa autorización especial se podrán prestar equipos de repuesto durante su proceso de reparación, teniendo como tope el equivalente al 30% del número de radios ingresados a revisión.
  9. Se realiza la entrega del equipo en su domicilio y por consiguiente es sumamente importante que antes de firmar de aceptado el trabajo haga prueba de funcionalidad. (Cualquier visita al domicilio del cliente que no se dé garantía tiene un costo de $1,200.00 más IVA.)

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • fully equipped equipment;
  • a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the WoodMart online store;
  • warranty card;
  • an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation
