Be it low priced through DHL/Standard Parcel Post, more quickly via DHL Express (Germany only) or UPS, or especially reliable and secure by a specifically trained freight forwarder. Métodos de Pago Aceptados
Aceptamos los siguientes métodos de pago:
Transferencia bancaria
Pago con tarjeta de crédito y débito (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
Depósito en efectivo en ventanilla bancaria
Pago en línea mediante plataformas seguras (por ejemplo, PayPal, Mercado Pago o similares si aplica)
Todos los pagos deben ser realizados en pesos mexicanos (MXN), a menos que se indique lo contrario.
Confirmación de Pago
Una vez realizado el pago, el cliente deberá enviar su comprobante al correo electrónico: [ventas@rti-mexico.com].
El pedido se procesará únicamente después de la confirmación del pago por parte de nuestro equipo de administración.
Facturación
Si requieres factura, es necesario enviar tu Constancia de Situación Fiscal y los datos fiscales completos dentro de las 24 horas posteriores a la compra.
En cumplimiento con las disposiciones fiscales vigentes, no se emitirán facturas con fecha diferente a la del pago.
Pagos Parciales o Anticipados
En ciertos casos, se podrá solicitar un anticipo para iniciar el proceso de compra o fabricación del producto. Las condiciones específicas se comunicarán previamente al cliente y se formalizarán mediante cotización u orden de compra.
Incumplimiento de Pago
RTI México se reserva el derecho de cancelar cualquier pedido si no se confirma el pago dentro del plazo establecido o si se detecta alguna irregularidad en la transacción.
The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
- fully equipped equipment;
- a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the WoodMart online store;
- warranty card;
- an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.
The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation
